Karen Mitchell MSPT, comes to us with over two decades of experience, primarily in outpatient orthopedic. Her special areas of interest are SI joint dysfunction, low back pain, and vertigo. However, Karen has enjoyed treating many other orthopedic conditions as well.

She cares about her patients and puts their needs above her own. Karen and her husband became foster parents in 2022 and she took some time away from working to focus on the children. She is back now feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!

Her interests include Tae Kwon Do, playing piano and guitar,  gym workouts, spending time at the coast and taking walks.

Heather Dearborn, our administrative assistant, comes to us from the Bangor area. She works part time as an X-ray tech and part time for More Than Therapy.

Heather lives with her husband, 2 teenage daughters, and dog, Bella. In her free time she enjoys doing anything outside whether it's enjoying camp, paddle boarding, hiking with her dog, or just reading a book in the sun. In the winter you will find her in a basketball gym or a hockey rink cheering on her girls.

Willow, our therapy assistant, a Jack Russell & Cairn Terrier mix is 11 years old and offers motivational support and lots of kisses. She has worked in outpatient physical therapy as an emotional support staff member for roughly 8 years.

In her off time she enjoys chasing squirrels, hiking and being with her family.
